Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Lead the estimating team in accurately bidding on projects and developing competitive proposals. Provide leadership and guidance to field personnel to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity. Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and ensure that all projects meet or exceed client expectations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred. 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial glazing industry. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
