Responsibilities
• Oversee quality of services and ensure customer retention• Train and lead a team of Supervisors and Cleaning Associates• Control labor and supply costs• Identify areas for further training and retain high-performing employees• Deliver product and ensure adequate stocking• Provide effective communication with team and upper management• Manage time and prioritize tasks• Make quality decisions and follow through with strategic planning• Give and receive feedback to resolve issues• Create game plan for each evening and week using effective time management
