Position Purpose:
Our firm is looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Director to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing our boutiques as well as supporting the daily operations of certain departments across our organization.
Responsibilities:
Operations
Assist and support oversee daily boutique operations and management for affiliated brands / boutiques
Assist in the execution of strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnership opportunities
Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback
Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
Inventory / Logistics
Provide oversight and support to the inventory / logistics team as needed
Shipping / Imports
Provide oversight and support to the shipping / imports team as needed
Accounting Oversight
Partner with accounting to provide input and thought leadership on month-end close, audits, and reporting needs
Review operational budgets to promote efficiencies
Other Tasks
Support management with potential acquisition targets and investable assets (e.g., companies, real estate, and other opportunistic investment targets)
Review presentations for assessment of potential investments
Insurance review and follow up for properties
Support and assist management for construction or renovation related projects of the boutiques
Education & Skills Required:
Proven experience as Director of Operations or equivalent position in Retail Industry
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Outstanding communication and people skills
Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines
In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles
Working knowledge of data analysis and

performance/operation

metrics
Strong critical thinking skills; curious and strategic
Highly detail oriented
Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects
