Description
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Events andCampus Visits and working closely with the Operations Team, the Operations Coordinator does a large amount of data entry pertaining tostudent application records. The Operations Coordinator must demonstrate accuracy, efficiency, and strong attention to detail as well asmaintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and privacy regarding student records. The position regularly communicates with students,parents, and counselors, about the admission process and admission requirements.
This position works with the Assistant Director toexecute daily visits and large-scale events. Additionally, this position participates in recruitment activities, both on- andoff-campus. Qualifications
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* Strong customer service skills andknow-how
* Superior communication skills (spoken, written, group, individual)
* Excellent organization skills and attention todetail
* Strong analytical skills and ability to make independent decisions
* Computer skills; proficiency in using Microsoft Officesuite
* Ability to work independently and operate effectively within a team environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) stronglypreferred
Preferred experience
* Experience in customer service
* Experience using Slate or other admissions CRM
*Experience using BANNER Special Note
