• Assisting with weekly and monthly bookkeeping tasks• Keeping the books current and closing them out monthly• Hosting monthly client success meetings• Solving any issues and communicating with the team• Payroll processing and tax submissions• Accounts receivable and accounts payable management• Administrative duties
Requirements
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online• 2-3 years of full-time bookkeeping experience• Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online• QBO Certification required• Experience with tax filings preferred
