Job Summary and Qualifications:
Experience:

3-5 years of recent acute care staff level OR or CVOR RN experience and 1 year of managerial experience in the same unit.
Licensure:

Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure.
Education:

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
Certifications:

Current BLS and ACLS certifications, or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
Responsibilities:

Oversee the operating room, including staff management, coordination with other departments, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Role and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the operating room team, including nurses, technicians, and other OR staff.
Collaborate with other department managers to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory standards.
