What You Will Be Doing: Recruit, hire, train, and develop the restaurant team and provide paths for growth within our brand. Maintain company culture and team morale Sales Building Develop and implement Local Store Marketing plan Develop Guest relationships and become the mayor of your community Expand catering business and strengthen relationships Meet restaurant financial objectives by setting and managing budgets Analyze variances; initiate corrective actions Monitor and manage Key Performance Indicators Develop and implement strategies to increase average meal traffic The Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of successful restaurant management/leadership operations experience Demonstrated ability to lead people with lasting results Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities Familiar with Microsoft Office, and experience with using Excel Has managed high-performance teams and is a strong team player Skill in assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects, and demands Strong written and verbal communication skills About Us: Tacos 4 Life exists to End Starvation by serving amazing food to our guests and inviting them to join us in the fight to end starvation through our Meal 4 Meal program.

Since its inception, Tacos 4 Life has donated over 20 million meals, expanded to multiple states, including Arkansas, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, and will soon include Missouri.
