Online Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Expeditors International of Washington is seeking a part-time Online Web Chat Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in online customer service management.

Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the online web chat platform to ensure timely and effective communication with customers- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase online sales- Train and supervise team members to provide high-quality customer service through the online chat system- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the performance of the online chat platform and make recommendations for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all digital channels

Requirements:- Proven experience in online customer service management- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Resilient and hardworking personality traits- Strong cooperation and strategic planning skills- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
