Job Description:

ABM Industries is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Support Officer in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities:- Provide online support to customers via email, chat, and social media channels- Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and account management- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Conduct research and provide feedback to improve our online support services- Assist with other duties as needed to support the overall success of the online support team

Requirements:- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner- Energetic personality with a positive attitude and willingness to learn- Resourceful problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively- Creativity and planning skills to enhance online support services- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently- Basic knowledge of computer systems and online platforms- High school diploma or equivalent
