Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through live chat- Providing accurate information regarding products and services- Resolving customer issues and concerns efficiently- Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service- Documenting customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
