Online Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Online Live Chat Associate to join our team at salesforce.com in San Antonio, Texas. As an Entry Level Online Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat interactions with customers. This part-time position requires individuals who are driven, energetic, and possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through online chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and assist with any issues they may encounter- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in our system- Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information to customers- Handle a high volume of online chat conversations efficiently

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in typing and internet navigation- No prior experience required, but the willingness to learn and adapt is essential- Must be driven, energetic, and have a strong attention to detail
