Job Description:

Snowflake is seeking an adaptable and driven Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer success or online support role.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and support to our online customers through various communication channels including email, chat, and phone.- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues, navigating our online platform, and utilizing our products and services effectively.- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback they may have.- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to advocate for the needs of our online customers.- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our online customer experience.- Assist with the development of online customer success strategies and initiatives to drive customer engagement and retention.

Requirements:- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate cooperation with others.- Experience working in a fast-paced online customer support environment.- Proficiency using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other online support tools.- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
