Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team at WESCO International in Houston, Texas. As an Associate level position, the Online Customer Success Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online clients. This part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role.

Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for online customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information- Assist customers with order processing, tracking shipments, and handling returns- Recommend products and services based on customer needs and preferences- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently- Demonstrated experience in a customer service or sales support role- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred- Must uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity
