Job Description:

Stryker is seeking a talented Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time Associate-level position with the opportunity for growth, this role is perfect for someone with at least 2 years of customer service experience who is confident, motivated, and possesses strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to online customers via chat, email, and phone- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate and helpful assistance- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and maintain a high level of service- Contribute to a positive team environment and work towards common goals

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Confident and motivated personality with the ability to handle challenging situations with grace- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer concerns effectively- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
