Job Description:

Sempra Energy is seeking a motivated Online Customer Care Officer to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media.2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and account information.3. Assist customers with technical support issues related to online platforms and services.4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Identify trends in customer inquiries and recommend improvements to online customer care processes.7. Assist in developing online customer care strategies to improve overall customer experience.8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer care.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.3. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.4. Independent and adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.5. Leadership skills and the ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools.7. Knowledge of online customer care platforms and best practices.8. Visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate.
