Job Description:

Eastman Chemical is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Los Angeles, California. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online channels.

Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media- Utilize knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and solutions to customers- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns- Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to better assist customers- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics- Identify trends and provide feedback on customer issues to improve overall customer experience

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online contact center environment- Strong decision-making skills and ability to think creatively to solve customer problems- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities- Proficiency in using customer service software and online communication tools- Hardworking and confident individual who is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
