Job Description:

Quanta Services, a leading provider of specialty contracting services, is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on company products and services- Meet or exceed performance targets set by management

Requirements:- Resourceful and adaptable mindset- Strong communication skills- Excellent problem-solving abilities- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Innovation and time management skills- High school diploma or equivalent
