Online Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Kelly Services is seeking an Online Contact Center Officer to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level Officer, you will be responsible for managing online customer interactions and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, independent, and possess strong negotiation and time management skills.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via online channels such as email, live chat, and social media- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner- Provide product information and support to customers- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive customer loyalty and retention- Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Knowledge of online customer service best practices
