Job Description:
R.R. Donnelley & Sons is seeking a part-time Online Client Relations Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an Entry Level position with one year of experience, we are looking for an energetic and reliable individual who possesses creativity and innovation skills to enhance our online client relationships.
Responsibilities:- Engage with clients via online platforms to address inquiries, provide support, and build positive relationships- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner- Develop creative solutions to enhance the online client experience and drive customer satisfaction- Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvements to our online services- Assist in the development and implementation of online marketing strategies to attract and retain clients- Maintain accurate client records and track client interactions for future reference
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a client relations or customer service role preferred- Energetic and reliable personality with a passion for building relationships- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner- Creativity and innovation skills to develop unique solutions to client issues- Knowledge of online platforms and social media tools- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
