Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:Automation Anywhere is seeking a part-time Online Call Center Associate to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the Online Call Center Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online interactions and calls. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues- Process orders, returns, and exchanges- Maintain customer records and update information as needed- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- 2+ years of experience in customer service or call center role- Resilient and energetic personality traits- Strong communication skills- Creativity and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in using computers and customer relationship management software
