Online Accounts Payable

Job description:

Newell Brands is seeking a diligent and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable Associate in Los Angeles, California. As a part-time member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable process in an online setting.

Responsibilities:- Process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner- Reconcile vendor statements and ensure accurate payment records- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any payment issues- Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable- Maintain organized and up-to-date vendor files- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions- Collaborate with other departments to streamline the accounts payable process

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field- Confident and energetic personality- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
