Job Description:
We are seeking a resourceful and dedicated Online Account Support Associate to join our team at PPL in San Francisco, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The primary responsibilities of the Online Account Support Associate include managing online customer accounts, providing support for account-related inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Manage online customer accounts and provide support for account-related inquiries- Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve the online account experience- Utilize planning and people management skills to prioritize tasks and effectively manage workload- Keep track of customer interactions and maintain accurate records of account activities
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in a customer support or account management role- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Strong planning and organizational skills- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficiency in using online customer support tools and systems- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
