Henry Schein, a leading provider of healthcare products and services, is seeking a part-time Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. Responsibilities:- Provide online account support for customers, including order processing, account maintenance, and resolving customer inquiries- Assist with troubleshooting technical issues related to online accounts and provide solutions to customers- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions- Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in the online account support process- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements:- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation- Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with online platforms preferred- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus- No prior experience necessary, as training will be provided
