The Role
As a part-time, on-call Survey Research Assistant, you will provide vital support across multiple projects, contributing up to 32 hours per week. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility to work from anywhere.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and support meeting logistics, including taking detailed notes and preparing necessary materials.
Conduct quality assurance reviews of data, reports, and presentations.
Assist in the creation of training materials, reports, and other project deliverables.
Support various data collection efforts via web, mail, and phone.
Participate in data processing, cleaning, and analysis.
Assist in the testing of survey instruments.
Manage both incoming and outgoing project documentation.
Handle communications with study participants.
Collaborate with senior staff and external clients.
Contribute to the development of proposals and project pitches as needed.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Social Science (e.g., Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology), Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in project support activities such as tracking, coordination, and formatting documents.
Skills in quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
Proficiency in using statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, R, MiniTab, or Stata.
Fluency in Spanish or another language is beneficial.

Compensation
The compensation package for this position includes a salary range from $47,717 to $81,118 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
