Job Description:

CST Brands is seeking a dedicated and reliable Office Manager to join our team in a remote work setting based in New York City, US. As an Associate level position, the Office Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all departments.

Responsibilities:- Coordinate and oversee administrative duties such as document management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence- Serve as the main point of contact for employees and external partners, providing support and assistance as needed- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-maintained and organized work environment- Assist with financial tasks such as budgeting, invoice processing, and expense tracking- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes and improve office procedures- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute company events, meetings, and initiatives- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support regulatory compliance and reporting requirements- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to promote a positive and productive work culture

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in office management or related field- Reliable and dedicated with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and decision-making- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment- Analytical skills to assess data and information effectively- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and external contacts- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
