Job summary
Seeking an Office Coordinator for Fenix Outdoor's Aurora, CO Logistics CenterAssist with administrative tasks and office coordinationSupport warehouse operations and data entry duties
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Maintain office security and emergency procedures• Manage office and warehouse projects, vendors, and contractors• Coordinate facility maintenance and safety regulations• Assist with facility-level employee events• Manage office/warehouse supplies and inventory• Provide support for general office and warehouse functionality• Handle receptionist duties and corporate administrative responsibilities• Monitor facility needs and address them promptly• Provide general administrative support to organizational leadership• Support CSR data collection, tracking, reporting, and regulation
Requirements
• Exceptionally attentive to detail• Highly organized• Friendly and approachable• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to handle deadlines and manage priorities• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to lift 40+ lbs.• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent work/career experience• Preferred: Two or more years' experience in an office or administrative setting
