In this role, you will play a critical role for the company and will work alongside other professionals within the team and other departments. You will be responsible for overall office activities. The position is also responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities. This position will include various duties specific to the location where the work is performed. Do the right thing, every time.ResponsibilitiesBelow is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:Supervise and coordinate overall administrative activities for the Administrative DepartmentAssigned specific duties which may include DMV Administration for bus and RV, authorizing bus and RV shipments, some Sales Coordinator duties, Sales rebates, Warranty registration, Secondary contact for Financing (Priority One), Receptionist for incoming calls to sales office, Maintain Petty Cash, Assist with facility licensing and permits. These duties will vary by location.Assist with Human Resource functions to include but not limited to; advertising for applicants, interviewing applicants, and processing requirements for new hires as assignedMaintain office services by managing office operations through established procedures and outside contractorsReview timecards of entire direct staff, assist HR with all paperwork when applicableManage telephone, postage, and office IT servicesMaintain and institute filing systems, both paper and electronicApprove supply requisitionsDefine procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, and disposal of recordsComplete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees for special projectsKeep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying issues that affect operational readinessContribute to team effort by accomplishing undefined task as neededOther duties as assignedWhat You Will GainCompetitive benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, and vacation payContinuous training to provide you the opportunity to develop your full potential and be a true business partnerAccess to an expansive network of mentors and networking opportunitiesTop quality technology to assist in your daily responsibilities to allow for more efficiencies to deliver outstanding customer serviceMinimum Job Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent and two years general office experienceWillingness and ability to work as a team playerStrong verbal and written communication skillsGood attention to detailGeneral knowledge of office practices and procedures Self-starter, highly motivated and exhibits great initiativeLeadership SkillsStrong organization skillsStrong time management skillsComputer literate (Word, Excel) experience with common dealership softwarePhysical RequirementsWork may be performed both in an office environment as well as an outside areaMay be required to do frequent kneeling, stooping, squatting, crawling and climbing to perform multiple tasks of positionMust have good manual dexterityCompany retains the sole discretion to change the duties of the position at any time.
