Position: Clinical Educator - Registered Nurse (RN)
We offer an exceptional opportunity for Registered Nurses to leverage their clinical expertise in a dynamic educational role. As an RN Clinical Educator, you'll step into a unique position where you can utilize your nursing knowledge to train and support healthcare professionals in utilizing cutting-edge medical device technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive training and education to Registered Nurses and Physicians on hemodynamic devices, focusing on critical care and oncology units.
Deliver peer-to-peer education and in-servicing to hospital staff to ensure smooth implementation of medical devices.
Assess individual educational needs and tailor training sessions accordingly to ensure a positive learning experience.
Utilize your clinical expertise to address questions and concerns related to the medical devices.
Provide timely updates, reports, and feedback to clients during and after educational sessions.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required.
Active RN license.
Previous experience with hemodynamic devices is essential.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in ICU, Oncology, ER, or critical care units within the past 5 years.
Leadership experience (managerial, educational, or as a preceptor) is advantageous but not mandatory.
Proficiency in basic software programs.
Experience with IV pumps is preferred but not required.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with strong professional demeanor.
Flexibility to travel regionally and nationally for assignments.

Base Pay Range:
The potential base pay range for this role is $39-41 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, location, and schedule, with additional benefits and incentives offered.
