Position Overview This job is a key position in the accounting department responsible for inventory processing.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) Process material purchase invoices Digital filing and archiving of invoices Contact vendors for statement, missing invoices, and rate discrepancies Daily entries for tickets of incoming raw materials Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required. Perform other duties as may be assigned. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience
Minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Work Requirements
Must be 18 years in age or older. Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal background check. Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required. Knowledge/Skill Requirements
Demonstrated commitment to achieving the organization's goals and objective. High ethical standards. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively with a focus on timeliness and responsiveness. Ability to deal with the public in a pleasant, courteous, and calm manner in all circumstances. Ability to work under pressure and be multi-task oriented. Capable of utilizing the internet effectively for research and evaluation. Excellent communication skills (both oral and written). Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Able to use hands and fingers to manipulate objects, talk and hear. Vision abilities (with correction) include close, distance, peripheral, depth, and the ability to adjust focus.
