New Car Delivery

Job Summary:As a New Car Delivery Specialist at Findlay Toyota Henderson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients during the final stages of purchasing a new vehicle. You will work closely with our sales team and customers to ensure a smooth and enjoyable car delivery experience. This is a full-time, hourly position with a bonus plan in the fast-paced and dynamic automotive industry.Compensation & Benefits:The compensation for this position ranges from $14.00 to $17.00 hourly plus bonus, paid bi-monthly. Along with competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, employee discounts, and opportunities for career growth and advancement.Responsibilities:Greet customers upon arrival and establish a friendly and professional rapport.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers on new vehicles.Perform final vehicle inspections and ensure that all features and systems are working properly.Report any issues with the vehicle (ie paint issues, tint issues etc.) to the service department for scheduling.Process receipts for the sales and finance departments.Scan in registration paperwork to the digital deal jackets.Make sure the delivery area is clean and ready each morning.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Prior customer service experience in the automotive industry is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in technology and computer skills.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.EEOC Statement:Findlay Toyota Henderson is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
