The Shift Leader coaches a team and helps to manage a schedule of 12-20 employees, and ensures smooth and efficient operations in both the back and front of house. This person oversees the baking, frosting, utility, crafting and guest service departments, orders ingredients and supplies weekly, spearheads marketing and event efforts, among other duties, with a bright friendly smile.
