We are currently seeking a skilled 2nd Shift CNC Set-Up Operator to join our team at our facility in Roseville, MI. As a CNC Set-Up Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Mill and Lathe machines to produce high-quality parts according to blueprints and specifications. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) and CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) machines Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production of parts Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Qualifications Proven experience as a CNC Set-Up Operator Proficiency in CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) or CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) operations Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately Strong attention to detail and quality standards Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team Haas machines You should be proficient in:
