Multifamily Construction Project Manager

A well-known Developer/Builder in the multifamily sector is looking to identify and hire a Lead Superintendent!

Superintendent Qualifications:
* Expert ability to manage project time-lines and budgets
* Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
* Industry consistent work history
* 7+ years' experience as a Superintendent on multifamily projects ranging from $80MM- $200MM+ in value
* MUST HAVE wrap/podium experience!!
