NC Health Partners is looking to hire an experienced MST Supervisor. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a minimum of 4 years of MST experience, and have a Masters in Social Work or a related field. The MST Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the MST team.
Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include clinical and administrative supervision for therapists on the team, ensure the fidelity of the MST model, review clinical documentation, ensure therapist meet and maintain caseload requirements, provide ongoing training, staff development, and evaluation for therapists, and collaboration with MST expert consultants. MST Supervisor's will also serve as a liaison between key collaborating stakeholders and the agency.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Effectively lead, train and support MST team(s) via weekly group supervision, and individual supervision when neededEnsure adherence to MST principles and the MST analytical processEnsure competent implementation of interventions with family members and other participants in treatmentCollaborate actively with MST Expert and provider agency leadership to foster own supervisory, leadership, and clinical growth and developmentManage and report data on clinical outcomes and program practicesReview all clinical notes and documentationPromote MST program in the community and generate referrals to the programManage referrals to the programManage clinician caseloadsComplete field visits a monthlyComplete Comprehensive Clinical Assessments for incoming clients as needed.Deliver MST treatment to a caseload of 1-2 families, as needed to address program and community needsQualifications Master's Degree in clinical or counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related subject area.Professional licensure in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling field preferred but not required.
