Position Title: Remote Mortgage Loan Officer

About the Role:
Are you passionate about assisting others and delivering exceptional service? Join our team as a Remote Mortgage Loan Officer! In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving mortgage lending in western Oakland and Washtenaw counties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-qualification interviews and assist with loan applications.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Utilize consultative phone selling to engage with members and prospects.
- Maximize lead conversion through persuasive sales techniques.
- Cultivate relationships with external referral sources.
- Collaborate with branch teams to drive mortgage loan growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong focus on member satisfaction and problem-solving.
- Proactive and adaptable with excellent organizational skills.

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of mortgage origination experience preferred.
- NMLS licensure highly preferred.
