This is not a remote position - you will work on-site at our offices in Boardman, Ohio.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Auditor and Processor with the ability to maintain great relationships with other team members. Strong audit skills, industry knowledge and a customer service focus are also important. Additional requirements are as follows:
- Proficient with financial software
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong computer, multi-tasking and data entry skills
- Ability to work varied hours based on job requirements
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluating and reviewing loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness
- Both mortgage processing and closing responsibilities are included in the role of a Mortgage Processor on an as needed basis
- Analysis of income, liabilities, credit, collateral and assets
- Collect documentation to complete mortgage files for submission to underwriting
- Improving loan applications and documentation by informing sales staff of additional requirements
- Completing loans by working on loans through the point of closing
- Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, guideline updates and reading professional publications
