Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customerfocused individual to join our sales team as a Minijob Sales Representative. In this role you will play a vital part in our mission to connect refugees with meaningful employment opportunities and support businesses in their hiring needs.
Tasks Outbound and Inbound Sales: Engage in a mix of outbound and inbound sales activities including cold calling email outreach and social media engagement to generate new leads and expand our reach. Lead Qualification and Nurturing: Qualify and nurture leads through our CRM system ensuring accurate data entry timely followup and effective communication with potential clients. Client Relationship Management: Proactively manage existing client relationships
building rapport ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell or crossselling
opportunities. Competitor Research: Conduct competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies. Telephone Sales: Engage in telephone sales with both new and existing clients presenting Uvvos value proposition addressing their specific needs and securing deals. Partner Network Support: Support in the expansion of our partner network fostering relationships with key stakeholders and contributing to our overall business growth. Requirements Engaging Communicator : Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport establish trust and effectively convey Uvvos value proposition to a diverse range of clients. Sales Aptitude: Demonstrate basic sales knowledge and experience with a proven
ability to identify sales opportunities qualify leads and close deals. Fluency in German : Fluency in German is essential to communicate effectively with
our target audience of employers. A confident level of English is also highly desirable. CustomerCentric Approach : Exhibit a strong customer orientation a passion for
