Kidd OperationsTimminsCanadaPosition OverviewReporting to the Manager, Maintenance and Engineering, the primary responsibility for the Fixed Plant Maintenance Superintendent is to provide leadership to a high-quality team and inspire, empower and support them to provide asset availability to deliver on the planned production profile at or below budgeted costs.As Superintendent, you will promote IRS and ensure health, safety, environment and community standards for employees and contractors are met. And work closely with the services, production and maintenance superintendents to ensure a culture focused on safe, efficient, reliable production.
