As a Mine Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in planning, designing, and optimizing our Open Pit operation, emphasizing long-term goals. We are committed to providing our employees with the training and support they need to excel in their careers.Key tasks and responsibilities:Collaborate with the engineering, geology, and mine operations team to develop short-range mine plans that optimize production and aligns with mid-range and LOM plans.Collaborate with engineering, geology, and commercial to generate EOM reconciliation of mining areas.Generate mine and drill pattern designs, drill pattern designs, blast timing, activity sequences, and schedules for the short-range mine plan.Generate and analyze weekly, monthly, and bench plan compliance to identify areas for improvement.Monitor and analyze pit and dump progression to identify areas of for improvement.
