Responsibilities
• Create open communication between The Home Depot and OrePac• Execute team goals and initiatives• Identify and solve field issues• Build relationships with store management and associates• Replace merchandise and ensure correct product positioning• Maintain aisle integrity and cleanliness• Work with third party service providers• Order inventory based on targets• Verify quality of products and report opportunities• Provide customer service to Home Depot customers• Comply with safety standards and perform safety audits• Complete project-related tasks and special projects• Identify program improvement projects• Learn mobile phone store service applications
Requirements
• Valid driver's license• Reliable personal vehicle• Ability to lift/move/manipulate merchandise up to 16 feet and 50 pounds• Ability to occasionally lift/move/manipulate merchandise up to 100 pounds• High school diploma and 6 months of related experience• Comfortability with writing emails and using mobile applications• Flexibility and willingness to learn new tasks• Strong reading, writing, and interpretation skills• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills• Strong math, problem-solving, and time management skills• Strong attention to detail
