Responsibilities
• Ensuring an excellent customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers• Maintaining a clean and organized store• Orchestrating truck delivery and prioritizing merchandise processing• Training and mentoring Associates on merchandising and processing principals• Ensuring proper tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise• Communicating with the Coordinator on Duty for efficient flow of goods• Prioritizing tasks and daily activities as per store plan• Monitoring team productivity and providing coaching• Organizing and rotating back stock for easy replenishment• Maintaining backroom and following company procedures• Ensuring compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs• Communicating effectively with management and Associates• Providing ongoing recognition and feedback• Partnering with Management on Associate training• Ensuring adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures• Promoting credit and loyalty programs• Supporting store shrink reduction goals and safety awareness• Performing other assigned duties
Requirements
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends• Superior organizational skills with attention to detail• Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond to changes• Strong communication and training skills• Retail experience of 1 year and leadership experience of 6 months• Ability to lift heavy objects
