The operation consists of two concentrators, crushed-ore leach pad and stacking system, a low-grade run-of-mine (ROM) leaching system; four SX plants; and three EW tank houses that produce copper cathode.Morenci is a unique company town where our employees and their families can reconnect with nature through hiking, fishing, camping, hunting and numerous parks. Visit the Morenci town website to learn more.DescriptionAssists in all aspects of the operation; including guest relations; staff supervision and development; sales and marketing; budgeting and sales projections. Assist in improving the business performance of the establishment, must set and meet sales goals. Assist in using past performance, market conditions and strategic planning to forecast supply and demand. Assist in the coordination of all activities including general business management, customer relations, and marketing to ensure efficiency and profitability.Maintain high standards of quality control and health and safetyManage costsEnsure there is no waste as applicableControl inventory levelsEnsure safety warnings are available and adequately postedAssist in responsibility for the day to day operations of the business to ensure efficiency and profitabilityEnsure customers are satisfiedAssist in providing training to ensure performance objectives are metProvide leadership and team building for staff to improve learning and enhance performanceProvide coaching to staff to provide corrective feedback when neededAssist with office duties such as tracking, ordering, scheduling, invoice processing, etc.Prioritize tasks and mange staff workloads and provide assistance to staff members as needed; fill in to redistribute workload as neededMust understand products and services develop new prospects for opportunity, and understand customer needs clearlyMust also possess experience and remain current in state-of-the-art sales methodsAssist with setting the annual budgetReview year over year and month to month sales history and provide feedback to sales or labor estimates using knowledge of business trendsAssist in devising systems, setting policies, providing guidance and implementing changes to ensure quality and service standardsInvestigate and resolve quality issues and service complaintsAssist in developing cost-saving strategies to increase profit and manage labor costsPrepare end-of-day reports and ensure that all tills balanceRecognize problems and resolve appropriately using good judgment, tact and initiative according to company policy and procedureUtilize unbiased mediation and negotiation skills to resolve all types of conflicts at multiple levelsPerform other duties as requestedQualificationsMinimum QualificationsAt least three (3) years of previous experience related to positionORan equivalent combination of education and experience in a related fieldPreferredHigh School diploma or GEDCriteria/ConditionsAbility to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures given in EnglishAbility to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standardsMust be able to work in a potentially stressful environmentRestaurant Managers must occasionally perform physical activities in a variety of environmental conditions that require moderate to maximum strength including sitting, climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling of materialsOccasionally may be required to lift moderately heavy to heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) during the course of the workdayCustomer Service: The Restaurant Manager serves as role model and sets the standard for all employees to maintain high-quality and consistent customer service. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
