Responsibilities
• Assess behavior, escort and interact with patients• Conduct direct observation rounds and document behavior• Model and teach life skills, assist with daily living• Provide safe, clean, and therapeutic environment• Provide physical restraint or intervention if necessary
Requirements
• High School Degree or equivalent• Prefer educational or work experience in psychology, human service, nursing, or social work• At least 1 year of related experience in assisted living, residential, or hospital setting• Psychiatric experience preferred or 1 year experience as a Corpsman in the Military• Must be at least 21 years of age
