Responsibilities Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients with mental health and substance abuse disorders. Develop and implement treatment plans based on clients' specific needs and goals. Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate interventions and level of care required. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and monitor clients' progress in treatment. Educate clients and their families about mental health and substance abuse disorders, treatment options, and coping strategies. Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health and substance abuse treatment. Requirements Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Licensed LPC, LISW, or LMSW. Substance Abuse Certification. Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing counseling services to individuals with mental health and substance abuse disorders. Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions for mental health and substance abuse disorders. Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills. Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
