Position Overview:
As a Clinical Associate Therapist with us, you'll embark on a journey of supporting adult LGBTQIA2s+ individuals through teletherapy sessions, providing them with a safe and affirming space to explore their experiences and foster resilience.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Conduct telehealth counseling sessions in adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
Collaborate with patients' treatment teams as necessary to facilitate holistic care.
Attend training and staff meetings to further professional development and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Embrace a collaborative approach to counseling and demonstrate respect and cooperation towards colleagues.
Qualifications and Skills:
Alignment with mission, vision, and values.
Master's degree in a mental health-related field and appropriate licensure in Washington State.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience or interest in niche counseling areas such as trauma, neurodivergence, or personality disorders.

Pay: $49.00 - $61.00 per hour
Expected hours: 23 - 27 per week
