Maintains cash drawer and processes member transactions. Serves as a new account specialist providing initial contact with new and potential members.
Displays job knowledge, proficient in the use of current technology applicable to the job and participates in continuing education classes, seminars, and/or conferences. Maintains cash drawer and processes member transactions. Processes and posts daily transaction via Internet, automated clearing house, Visa, share drafts and audio transmissions. Promotes member satisfaction by offering credit union products and services to members in order to improve their financial health and strengthen their relationship with the credit union. Provides member and co-worker focus, support and communication. Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing loan requests. Responsible for the collection of delinquent accounts, loans, credit cards and processing bankruptcies. Serves as a new account specialist providing initial contact with new and potential members. EDUCATION: Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. 
Preferred: 4-year degree
EXPERIENCE: Preferred: 1-2 years of teller experience
