Responsibilities
• Preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on process and utility equipment• Support manufacturing facility operating 24/7• Perform mechanical, pipefitting, or plumbing trades• Maintain compliance documentation• Other duties as assigned• Use basic hand tools• Read mechanical schematics and piping diagrams P&ID's• Work in a clean room environment• Possess basic computer skills• Communicate orally and written in a clear manner
Requirements
• Past experience in Manufacturing industry• Strong understanding of electricals• Associate or Bachelor Degree in Mechanics, Electricity, or Electronics• Technical Certificate in Mechanics, Electricity, Refrigeration or Instrumentation or related experience• 3 to 5+ years in plant or equipment maintenance• Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment preferred• Good knowledge on cGMP regulations• Good knowledge of process equipment• Good knowledge of utility and facility equipment• Experience performing mechanical maintenance activities• Partial knowledge of all aspects of mechanical maintenance required• Detail-oriented• Use of basic hand tools• Ability to read, write, and utilize drawings, mathematics, and formulas• General work environment in manufacturing with moderate noise levels and frequent interruptions• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs• High paced demanding environment• Ability to work in a calm professional manner in stressful situations• Good communication skills• Good teamwork abilities• Willingness to learn new skills
