Responsibilities
• Manage, cut, and trim meat and seafood according to standards• Assist with department inventory, pricing integrity, and merchandising• Maintain knowledge of products and assist guests in finding products• Monitor temperature of cases, spillovers, and storage areas• Enforce department practices for receiving and stocking products• Ensure department adherence to safety requirements• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays• Obtain Meat Cutter certification within 90 days of hire• Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in cutting meat• Must be at least 18 years of age
