**Marketing Programs Manager**
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Programs Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a variety of marketing programs, projects, events, and campaigns that will enhance our brand awareness, cultivate leads, and drive business growth. Your strategic approach to marketing will be key in creating impactful initiatives that not only engage our current clients but also attract new ones.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for marketing programs, including scheduling, promotion, content creation, and logistics.
- Oversee the execution of multiple special projects or programs, ensuring excellence in branding, lead generation, data capture, and coordination with external vendors and brand partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute collaborative marketing initiatives and co-branded experiences.
- Leverage digital platforms and social media to expand the reach and effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns.
- Analyze the performance of programs and campaigns, focusing on ROI and customer feedback to optimize future initiatives and improve results.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, providing insights into the success of marketing efforts.
- Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources wisely to achieve desired outcomes while controlling costs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying these insights to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
**Requirements:**
- Demonstrated experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and trends, with a proven track record of using these tools to enhance marketing campaigns and events.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and the ability to maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively, driving projects forward with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to represent the company with confidence and professionalism.
- Experience with CRM systems, data analysis, marketing platforms, and reporting tools.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing and/or program management.
