Overview

We think about our Inside Sales Representative program differently than that of most SDR programs. By having marketing automate a lot of the cold outbounding, reps can focus on real conversations with high-level prospects rather than spend hours trying to get a hold of them. Each rep is able to set more than 80 demos/month (@ ~45% conversion to opportunities)
You will:

Qualify and convert a high volume of marketing leads into sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives
Partner with marketing to provide immediate campaign feedback and input on future campaign strategy
Master tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and Cognism to maximise productivity
Develop extensive product knowledge to provide detailed insight to prospects
Achieve and push the limits of your quota, territory revenue, and growth objectives

You have:

Excellent written & verbal communication skills - Native-level English is a must
High energy, you're passionate, and you enjoy being challenged
The ability to adapt in a fast paced sales organisation - you're a self starter
Ambitions to be a top sales rep
Previous experience in B2B sales at the enterprise level (ideally)
